One thing to keep in mind

These numbers come from different tests with different people. So do not read this like a race. Right now, only Zepbound has a full page on this site. We are writing the rest.

Same Drug, Different Names

This trips up almost everyone. Here is the simple version.

Two names for one drug

Every drug has a plain name and a brand name. Tirzepatide is the plain name. Zepbound is the brand name. Same drug in the box.

One drug, two brands

The same drug can have two brand names. Zepbound is for weight. Mounjaro is for diabetes. Both are tirzepatide. It works the same way.

Approved is not the same as tested

Approved means health officials checked it and said yes. Still testing means we do not know yet. You cannot buy those anywhere.
